This one has terotuf handles, but G10/micarta is available.
I can also use RCF. Rubberized Carbon fiber not only looks great, it's easily the most comfortable handle material out there in my opinion. Only drawback is it adds an additional charge to the blade.

Somehow, I have seen no mention of Koenig. I would definitely look into the Koenig Arius or Koenig Mini Goblin for around $500, absolutely amazing knives!

The base models of the Olamic Wayfarer or the Olamic Busker may strike your fancy as well.

The Kershaw Atmos is a great budget option I do have to say.

Lastly, do own a Mini Goblin, a Wayfarer, and the Atmos, all great knives in their own regards!
