Knife Suggestions

The Condor Rodan is a great pick. I have a few of their machetes and they are great quality. I have never used the CS Bushman...Not nuts about the handle.

Ok the 2 Knives I think it comes down too is:

and

The Condor Mountain

I like the Condor Rodan and latter on down the road I might try to get my grandma to let me get it but I want to get one I really like right now. I read reviews on the Tanto and it is a good sturdy knife that is versatile in use. The Mountain Knife I haven't really been able to find any info on. So between these two knives which would you guys get?

Hey I new to the site. I'm looking into getting a fixed blade knife just not sure which to get. I want to use it camping, hunting and I would like it if it was throw-able. It doesn't need to be to centered around hunting because I'm not an avid hunter, but I might be going soon. It needs to be able to take a beating because when I go camping Im always making something. I was looking at the CS GI Tanto and the Condor Mountain Fixed 8 Blade. I don't have a very large budget, $20-25. I know it isn't a lot but I know you can get some good knives for that price range. I would really appreciate it if I could get some help in choosing a knife.

Thanks

Mora Clipper for the win

Get a Mora for cutting and light bushcraft and some cheap crappy throwing knives if you want to play around with that - heck, some guys like old steak knives w/out handles on them for throwing.

You don't need much blade length for hunting - 2-3" is more than enough for cleaning deer.

Add me to the Mora list. That new Bushcraft force is right up your alley.

I had a CS Bushman for a while, I just couldn't warm up to it. Sold it at a yard sale years ago.
