Thanks, I'd been wondering how well those Bark River knives cut. Did this one have a convex edge, and what degree was it sharpened at? Did the green paint cause any stiction on the blade?
Thanks once again for testing knives under real-world conditions, though I think you left out the important beer variable. It can skew the results like you wouldn't believe.
