You're talking to a generally older crowd here. Happens to be one of my favorite games personally, but I doubt that its based on a particular real world knife. Very unlikely a game of that type is going to pay attention to that kind of detail, especially when you realize that all the guns in the game are fake. Perhaps based semi-closely on real world counterparts, but not actually real.

I've played the game most of the way through, and I think its a Mercworx of some type.
