Knife with the best lines

Count me in for a Ken Onion vote. Not only do they have a sort of flow, he designs some great handle shapes.

Lines I like looking at are Pirela designs, of which they have plenty. To a slightly lesser degree, our very own Ferret has smooooth yet dramatic (spastic) shapes to 'em.

Oh, and in my opinion one of the somewhat underrated guys out there: Tom Anderson. Lines so sleek you'd swear you could drive 'em down a highway going 90 without breaking a sweat.

No question - my classic Randall Model 1 fighter made by Bo exactly 50 years ago.

My parents were very understanding and didn't stop their son, a freshman in high school, from cutting lawns to earn the $$ to buy that Randall. It's the knife that hooked me on knife collecting...and I STILL HAVE IT!!!

Santa Cruz- Point taken. I Have a Mod 14, and jsut placed an order for three others (due by graduation in 05). Randall has that woderful combination of classic yet modern, beautiful and functional rolled into one. Randalls are really unique in their combiantion of historical interest, collectability, usability, "factory" options and just plain old craftsmanship. Hence, I will be ordering one for my own birthday every year from now on.

The Darrel Ralph EDC has to at or near the top of the list. I also am very partial to the Crawford Falcon series. Slick yet very practical.

As for the Dozier Agent, I just picked one up yesterday at the ECCK Show. It's my first custom fixed blade. Because of the way I am normally dressed, fixed blades are usually not an option, but this knife can be carried discretely in most situations.

My Laguiole... Polished blade, brass/steel/black bone handle, corkscrew...

My WH Evolution 05 isn't bad either. A tad small though.

I really like the lines on the Emerson Commander.
And the custom Emerson CQC-8 has wonderful lines, IMO.

Some of Steve Ryans pieces as well... great lines.

I'll agree with whoever mentioned Dave Winch (Ferret) as well.

There's bunches of others, but these are the ones that come to mind immediatly. :)

Mayo's TnTs have some of the sweetest lines, and a nice, natural flow that is both aesthetically pleasing and quite functional.

The above sentence is another unsolicited testimonial for one of the finest folders {THE finest, for me} out there. Tom Mayo's TnT!!!:D  :p   :D

I really like the lines of Ken Onion's custom folders. They look like dolphines to me. His S-Bolster is really cool and the blade grinds are really nice.

Lots of good pics but i would have to say that anything by Brend or Siska gives me a stiffy..

The oft-overlooked Buck Odyssey, especially the recently deceased model 182, with carbon-fibre, survived by the 181 and 186.

OK it may not have this:

.....have a simple, modern design. .......[/QUOTE]

But it will surely have this:

clean lines, elegant form and a sense of balance int he desing...
Look for a Bagwell Bowie  :D
