Received my Priority Mail shipped order today ontime with one minor mistake. The strop I ordered with the 3 stone sharpening system was not there. In it's place was a ceramic V-rod sharpener. No big deal at all. I knew this could be sorted out. I called Knifeart after opening the package and left a message. My call was returned less than an hour later...my strop will be sent out to me AND I get to keep the ceramic sharpener
!! A big thank you to Knifeart. I will not hesitate to do business with them in the future!
