Knifeart - Fulfillment and Shipping at ludicrous speed!

I placed an order for a Sebenza with Knifeart on Friday evening. I figured it was after business hours, and would have to wait until Monday for it to ship, which was fine. But no, 14 MINUTES later, I get an email saying my order has shipped, complete with tracking number. My mail carrier delivered it to me today (Monday). Not bad at all for free shipping!

Shipping is fast...RETURNS, not so much. Very poor customer service when there is a problem.
