I'd ordered two knives (internet), then a couple of hours later decided to get a third knife. I entered the order on the internet...about 10 minutes later I get a phone call. It's Knifecenter. They tell me they're packing my order of the first two, and they can add the third knife I just ordered to save me money on shipping!
Customer service is alive and well at knifecenter.com.
