So I purchased a boker subcom titan from knifecenter.com and I didn't receive any info on the shipping. (as in a tracking number) I'm very new to online shopping as the local dealer has most of the models I'm looking for so I don't know how this works. Was I supposed to get tracking information to see how my purchase is doing? (I got tracking information on a little crow bar I recently ordered that came today) Or should I just trust that it will come in the 5-9 business days the site said my product would come in? Tomorrow will be the 9th business day from the day I placed my order.

So, is this usual and nothing to worry about?

Delivery Confirmation is not tracking. It is to provide what the name entails, confirmation of delivery. Call or email them, I'm pretty sure Dc numbers are issues on just about all orders. Maybe not the cheapest shipping method, I don't recall.

It depends on what type of shipping you purchased. If you purchased the cheapest (standard) shipping method, which it appears you have with the delivery time, you will not get tracking. If you purchase a more expensive method, such as priority mail which arrives in about 3 days, then tracking can be purchased and put on the package.

every time I ship something I put delivery confirmation on it. the customer can get online to the post office to see where it is and that includes first class mail.
