Description says SOLID CF very good to know. Whenever Spyderco says CF i always have to read the fine print to see if full CF or Peel-ply.
 
Full CF and Peel Ply CF are both solid, non laminated CF. the only different is the surface texture. The CF laminated to G-10 is what the Sage 1 and GB1 have.
 
I was very happy to see these were still available. I just ordered one. I have carried a sabre ground s30v Manix 2 almost everyday since January of 2013. It was my first spyderco. I have tried other spyderco models since, but none of them have kicked the Manix 2 out of my pocket.

Impressive indeed. This one I picked up from you is perfect in every way. Edge grinds, buttery action smooth, yet no blade play in any direction. Centered and overall fit/finish are all perfect out of the box. I've only had a few Spydies perfect in every way, and I've had owned a lot of them over the years.

I love the black hardware too. That is one thing that has really kept me from carrying mine more, the shiny clip.

Where would one obtain the blacked out hardware?
 
good thing i keep extra cash on hand! just in case a deal pops-up like this one,i really don't carry the manix that often any more,but had to order this on 12/3/16 to own and though in my collection,the best manix 2 i ever held to date,perfection made at golden C. and it shows.:thumbup:
 
I found this on Spyderco's site: Replacement Clip Kits may be purchased directly through the Spyderco Factory Outlet (SFO) by contacting us at 800-525-7770 X107, 303-279-8383 X107, or sfo@spyderco.com.

I just called and ordered a couple black clips. They're about $7 and include the 3 screws.

I've bought black clips direct before. They really do look better against some handle materials. I think I might put a black clip on my CF Cruwear Manix 2 too :D

I really like the Taichung clips.... example would be he GB2 clip. Would that fit a manix and can you purchase them?
 
Very nice knife! I am very happy with my purchase and dealing with knifecenter. I havent spent enough time with it, but I am working on it.

Ordered it with the clip directly from Spyderco. They were very reasonable. Did the same for my CF PM2
