Just puttin' up a word on my experiences with the KnifeCenter of the Internet dot com...

I ordered two of the Camillus OVB Fisk blades in Iron wood. When I got them , took 'em out and inspected 'em, I noticed one had enough edge damage that I called 'em and returned it. Once they got the return back, they emailed me to tell me they recieved it (no - I DID NOT send it insured, delivery conf or anything other than postage...I took a chance and I got lucky?)and that they were sending me out another one...

It got here today! All's I can say is great service, way nice prices and a company that steps up and communicates with their customers!

Now, if Camillus would just exhibit a little better quality control on the actual product I would be absolutely exstatic...

extremely helpful, always on the ball, and they ship it when they say they will. During the holiday season, they ship out in the afternoon if you order in the morning, and UPS will get it from Baltimore to New York City the next day for the normal 5 day postage.

Sorry to spoil the party guys, but I did not have a good experience today with KnifeCenter!

I have ordered from KnifeCenter in the past and was pleased with their service. Like you, I have had nice things to say about them and recommended them to others.

Here is how they show their gratitude: I recently moved (temporarily) to Germany to work a contract job. I have an apartment here in a small town near Frankfurt.

Having only brought along a Swiss Army knife, I decided I wanted to order some knives to have here. I had noticed that KnifeCenter claim s to accept foreign orders.

I placed an order for two knives using my credit card, which is still listed at my permanent address in Georgia. KnifeCenter sent a curt reply refusing to send the knives to me in Germany, saying they would only send an order to my US address.

If their claim of accepting foreign orders is indeed true, then I guess that my German next door neighbor here can order a knife from KnifeCenter, but a long time loyal customer cannot simply because I still have a permanent address in the US. How nice of them to treat their customers this way, and it sure makes alot of sense, doesn't it!!!

By the way some members have suggested the problem was because I did not have my German address listed in my credit card account. However, no such explaination was offered from KnifeCenter, who simply canceled my order without offering any remedy.

I bought some Strop pastes from them not too long ago and paid for UPS ground shipping, they sent them overnight at no additional cost due to the pastes ability to melt! :)

I have bought half a dozen knives for the knifecenter.com and they have been nothing but top notch and extremely fast shipping, I highly recommend them.
