Back in December I started pricing a couple of different items. Found a good price on one at a large, well-known online knife dealer and emailed them with a question about it. I got no response. A few days later, I tried again. Still got no response. A few days later, I tried sending them a PM through their Youtube channel. Never got any response.
I decided to go with my alternate choice, which I found at a good price at knifehog.com. Did a search here for feedback and found some good, some not so good, so I hesitated. I decided to take a chance and emailed them a couple of questions about the item I was interested in and got two prompt responses. Ordered from them right before the new year, had no problems. Happy with my sharp toy, happy with the service I received from knifehog.com.
