Had a little problem with my order, and sent in their comments form to try to get resolved. Never got a response, and didn't pursue it further.
Month or two later, & I'm almost ready to get some more kydex & stuff, so I try one more time, this time emailing them to explain the (little) issue. They got back to me quick and resolved the issue in a friendly and trusting way.

Sometimes it is better to try ONE MORE TIME to solve the issue, in nice way, than to be (too) quick to post your problems here.
