I know this store a lot of years as good people, but not at this time. I ordered somethings for my Moscow friends and ats-34 damaskus for me. All those items are "in stock".
On the next day I received a message "we have no ats-34 damaskus". I said: "O`k, please make a partial refund" and get the money for damaskus back.
After approx a week I asked: "how all is going on?"
KK said: "We are waiting the carbon fiber for you."
I said "O`k, let`s wait".
Another week went.
I asked about my order again.
KK said: "O`k we have the carbon fiber for you now"
Great!
Yesterday package was received, unfortunately there was no two sheets of G-10 and one Militec oil. Two messages already sent to KK with no any response.
 
Yesterday was Saturday, and today is Sunday. You might get a response from them on Monday.

I am the one who has been trying to take care of your order. The course textured G-10 is on backorder and I can't do anything but wait. I wasn't aware that you did not receive your oil with your order. If you would like I can ship both of the items together. I expect the course textured G-10 within the next week. I can issue you a refund if you prefer.
It seems that there has been a communication gap between us and I would simply like to offer you an apology. We do care about our customers and will continue to offer top notch customer service. Sorry for the problems and I hope I can make it up to you in some way.

Sorry, I haven`t find the mark "on backorder" at G-10 descriptions, I just checked again. Anyway, thanks for response, I`ll be waiting, of course. There is no need to make a refund, I really need that G-10 :).

I've dealt with them a few times, and haven't had any issues. I actually had to call them recently to tell them they forgot to charge me for a recent order! :eek::D

had a miss ship just took care of it and it was painless
had ordered some kydex and one sheet was not the right color credit was just issued
