Once, there was 2 sheets of kydex missing from 20 something items order. One or two emails to them and they shipped the missing kydex pronto, no fees. That's GREAT service in my book; order with confidence :thumbup:

Do you order the folding knife kits from them. Does customs block them coming through? I'm from Aus too and it's impossible to get a good price on folders!

I have purchased from them several times. Absolutely no issues. I called them once with a question and left a voice mail. They called me back less than 20 minutes. Great service.
