Hi all. Does anyone know of any problems with KnifeKits.com? I have an account there and can't log in. I've requested a new password numerous times but have never received an email. I even emailed customer support with my problem but haven't received a response yet.

Anyone have a similar problem or is it just me?

I'm having no problem logging in, but I did in the past when they made some changes. Call them or email them, and they should be able to help you.

From a tech perspective, you could try clearing your browser history and cache, try another browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari), and also make sure CAPS Lock (and NUM Lock on some laptops, because it changes some letters into a numeric keypad) is off, because that will get you sometimes.
 
I got in first crack too... I would do what mgysgthath said. Also since you've already requested a new pass your old one may not work. Last time I did that with knifekits it took a while for them to send the new pass...
 
Thanks guys. I figured my old password was no good since I requested a reset, just expected an email by now. It's been over a week. I'll see if I can speak to an actual person on the phone and see what's up.

Check your SPAM/Trash folders in your email too, often spam filters catch things like that thinking they're fraudulent attempts to steal your credentials. Phone call wouldn't hurt though ;)
