I had never heard of it before. Looks like it could be a decent resource.
 
Looks like they are just trying to sell you a book. There doesn't seem to be a way to preview it to see if it's up to date. I suspect that most states have their Statutes/Penal Code posted online, with free access. Most libraries also have a set of the Statutes. I would suggest checking those resources before spending your hard earned money.
