Knifemaker For Penknife Repair

I'm trying to find a UK based knifemaker or someone who could do a repair to a folding knife I have ... if they happened to be based in South anywhere near Chichester would be a huge bonus although could post it anyway.

If anyone know of anybody and could point me in the right direction would be appreciated!
