Knifemaker Membership ... has it been activated yet?

I always pay ahead of time so I don't have any elapse of membership here. when I got my first membership I was learning too.
 
I'm glad at this point that I used paypal so at least I have the possibility to file a claim for failure to deliver. With a credit card you have to get the bank to do a chargeback.

There are quite a few people at this point who have paid for memberships and have not received anything.

I hope Spark is OK, I cant imagine what has happened to stop him from taking care of business for so long.
 
yes but you are not stateside so it would cost you more money the way I am told. I have always used my AM card and yet to have any problems.
 
I'm really sure what you are trying to say?

I just opened a dispute with Paypal, considering Spark hasnt resolved any of the other cases where money has been paid and no services have been provided, I dont see the point of waiting any longer. I do hope he is OK and will just refund the money. I dont see anything else I can do.

I added my list to it so you're also on it. I don't know what you'd like to do if he does upgrade everyone waiting.

If he completes the upgrade then I will cancel my dispute with paypal..I included that in my message to Spark. I appreciate your help in trying to get this resolved however I am not feeling very confident in Spark at the moment so I don't expect any outcome other then paypal giving me back my money on august 1st. I am sure that others here will ultimately decide to open dispute's with paypal as nothing else seems to be working.
 
I also appreciate the efforts of the Mods here and realize it isnt your fault. If Spark activates the membership fine, if refunds also fine. If not I guess paypal will have to settle it. Something must really be up with Spark as this is not like him.
 
Looks like the upgrades have been completed. I will cancel my dispute with paypal like I said...strange as I figured there would have been a message of some sort. Ah well, got what I paid for so time to move forward.

Thanks again mods for being patient and trying to help....very frustrating on this side of it though.
 
every time I see a request about membership it always has Paypal by payment. I talked to another member and the reason he use paypal is he is in another country. but why don't the people in this country use there atm or credit card??I have been using mine since I join this wonderful form and yet to have a problem. just a thought.
 
My membership was activated today, glad that got takem care at last. I hope whatever has been troubling Spark is also getting better.
