Knifemaker needed to complete project

I have a 13" x 3/4" x 3/16" piece of steel that has been (roughly) shaped and tempered. I don't recall what kind of steel it is, but I believe it is fairly good. I also have a saltwater crocodile belt from Australia that is 42" x 1 1/2". I would like to have my materials turned into a sub-hilt fighter with a simple sheath and a croc handle. I imagine the handle to be wide and somewhat flat, like a continuation of the sheath. I also have some damascus for the guard, and the subhilt is probably the least important feature. I'd like a convex grind, which is close to what it is. Please let me know if you think you can do it at a reasonable price, and you can PM me here for right now. Try and dig up a reference or two, since this project and the materials are very important to me. Thanks, Erich
