Knifemakers Workshop

I made a custom duct tape sheath so I can carry it until I get a leather one.

Big Chief made it home safely. The drive home was a little more difficult endurance wise. As the long drive out and weekend caught up with me.
It was all good. I'm really happy I was able to do this! John put on a great workshop! I have a whole new appreciation for John's knives. Seeing how he has perfected his craft was most impressive. I'm thankful for having met some new found friends on the forum. It was a fun time by all. Can't wait till JK Workshop2 rolls around.😉

I've been trying next to all day to post a thread for the review and this forum is giving me massive fits doing so... maybe it's too much text? No clue...

Thanks for making the drive Chief. It was a pleasure meeting you and having you at the workshop.

Looks like it was a great time for everyone. Can't wait for the next class!

Thanks for sharing the pics!

Ha! I was focused on the water tower in the background, I missed the stripper completely. What does that say about my priorities?

Thanks mqqn (and darkmatter!) for the pictures, and it's good to hear everyone had a good time. I hope to visit that workshop some day.

Does anyone know what the shrubs blooming in the background are? Looks like a white version of the dreaded scotchbroom, but it can't be.

You lucky dogs. I wish I could have been there.
