There may be other threads out there about them - but - avoid them. They charged me for 2nd day air (after assuring me they wouldn't) and sent my knife UPS ground. They then sent me a BG-42 cf military after I ordered an s30v cf. Had they been honest and admitted they didn't have the knife, no complaints, but they insisted on goofing with me. Too many good web retailers out there like Grand Prairie Knives and New Graham Knives.
 
I would send the knife back,The 2nd day air problem is strange though,you normally have to request that service.Most companies ship standard ground.
 
Actually, we billed you for ground so your statement is incorrect. We made a mistake by sending the wrong knife. It was a more expensive knife, by the way, so I assume that's why you didn't want to return it. Sorry about that. In the future, you should buy from people who don't make mistakes. That wouldn't be us.

We received a very unpleasant email from you but you didn't ask us to do anything. I would have volunteered to do something if you had been civil and neutral if not polite. But since you were aggressive, accusatory and rude, I let it go to avoid sending a similar email back to you.
