Knifeshops in Vegas and California?

I will be leaving to Vegas on Saturday to visit my sister and her husband for the first time in a long while. We will end up driving from Vegas to their lovely little home in Barstow next and then travel across the rest of the state.

Though the title says it all, I will repeat, What (if any) knifeshops are in Vegas and California that are worth visiting? I wish to poke around pawn shops and such in search of a great find as well.

When I was in Vegas, there was this shop about 2.5mi from the strip that was impressive. The fella even had a Dobruski in there.

if you're going to go to orange county i would recommend plaza cutlery. definitely worth seeing if you are in the area.

If you happen to to in the valley area, try Recon1 in Tarzana. (www.recon1.com) Nice selections on production & some customs too. Sako & Tamar are the good guys over there!

I think it was called Bonds House of Cutlery or Knives and More.
