I placed an order with knifesite.com on wed of last week and the order arrived today. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
First off let me say that the lady I spoke with on the phone was top notch. I found one of the items I was interested in online for less and as their web-site promises they matched the price and beat it by 5%. It's nice to know that companies will do the price matching they promise. I've had problems with others who have said they will match then don't for some excuse or another.
She told me my items would ship seperate and may not arrive at the same time. They did ship seperate but arrived together. I also asked that the tracking numbers be emailed to me which again was done promptly.
In looking at the knifesite.com web site there prices seem very good and they offer free shipping if the order is over $125. Which again my order was and it was shipped for free as promised.
Overall this was a very positive experience and I will be using them in the future.
