I never had any trouble ordering from them over the phone. However, now that they don't ship within Canada anymore, I don't order from them. This is the only reason I don't. Well that and www.thebrightedge.com

Try calling. They have very pleasant people working there. They would actually go and check to make sure that it really was on the shelf as well.

I was always satisfied.

update report. I have corresponded with Steve at knifesite and I was very pleased with our correspondence. I have placed an order. He thinks antispam software may have blocked my original emails.
 
Their store is incredible. And it's especially cool that Steve goes and asks people on BF.COM what products we'd like to see there etc.

got my order yesterday and everything went well. BTW, the CRKT Alaskan Bwana is a lot of knife for the money. Very sharp right out of the box.
