:thumbdn: placed an order, 3 days later I recieve an email saying "sorry we are out of stock on one of your items, how would you like to proceed"?
My reply was to cancel the order.. 2 days later I enquire about when my refund will take place and when might I expect it back in paypal.. Went home after work and found what I was looking for at another shop, placed the order, and received it 2 days later.. Still no reply from knifesupply.. Called and left a message with customer service...." noteing that I have canceled my order and asked again for a refund, also sent another email... Well 8 days later I get a partial refund to paypal and a shipping notice that they have sent my other half order out!... Emailed and called, still no reply.... I'm done with them.. And just wanted to let people know what to maybe expect.
