Made in seki japan, I think its some kind of stainless steel. blade is 7-3/4", 13 inches overall length and 3/16" thick at the spine. the edge has a great convex grind and it is very sharp. Heavy duty leather sheath with a shoulder strap. $85 shipped within the usa. Handle is a type of heavy rubber or kraton.
