I have bought knives from them also and returned one I think, stellar customer service would recommend them also.
 
Just want to add the return was my fault, I ordered the wrong knife by accident, but they refunded my money accordingly. :thumbup:

I've always had good luck and good service with knifeworks.com. They ship quickly, too.
 
Glad Knifeworks is now on bladeforums, They have been one of my favorite dealers for years, but I could never say there name out loud. I have probably 20+ transactions with them and all have been above and beyond, with fastest shipping in the business! IMO knifeworks.com sets the bar for what an online knife dealer should be, and no they didn't pay me to write this , but hey a 10% off coupon would be nice...:D

They are one of the few who do this. I pretty much only do business with knifeworks, other on-line suppliers, some very popular here, have charged me 20% restocking fees even when the knife had poor quality from the factory.

I've been doing business with knifeworks since 2000, and have NEVER had a problem with them. Pretty impressive.
 
Knifeworks is my dealer of choice for modern knives and Case. They are a well run and standup company.

I bought a Griptilian from them for my Wife and it was to have had an engravement on the blade. Somehow, they missed this part of the order. Hey, anyone can make a mistake. I've yet to deal with a perfect company. Anyway, I contacted them and they they paid for me to return the knife, engraved it, and sent it back. Nice job. But what made it really special was that I needed it for a gift and they had to rush things to get it to me on time. They got it to me a day early. Superb CS.

These folks are a pleasure to do business with. :thumbup:
