Has anyone had any issues with KnifeWorks responding to emails? I asked a very simple payment question on Tuesday and didn't hear back at all from them. Sorry if this isn't the right forum.

I would imagine that they have been pretty busy with the holidays and all. I would give them a call myself.

Tom

I have emailed them twice. The first time, they responded the same day, and the second, I emailed on a Saturday and was amazed to receive a reply on Sunday.

They're 0/2 for sending the correct order to the right address for me (both were fixed), but for replying to emails, in my experience they're beyond excellent. I can only suspect that T Schloz is right, that they're busy with the holidays. I also suggest calling.

That would be my guess. Any email I've sent is usually responded to in 1 or 2 days.
Phone call would get the answer quickly.

It's not unusual for the owner, Roger, to work on weekends.
He also comes in quite early. I've gotten emails from him at 6am.

Give them a call. Oneida the items was incorrect so I emailed them initially. When I didn't receive a reply after two days I called them and got the matter resolved.

Well they're apparently closed until Tuesday now, so I can't call until then. Hopefully the M390 710 isn't out of stock when I can finally get in contact with them.

They are on their second batch of the m390 710s. They ran out a few weeks ago and got more in less than a week. i wouldn't worry about them going out of stock.

I emailed once and didn't get a response; however, they have exceeded ALL expectations via other forms of communication. Give them a call.

I've only e-mailed twice but never received a response. I order there since they are in state and quick delivery.

One of the best sites out there other than New Graham.
Emailed Roger once on a product, he got back to me next day. They ship amazing fast too at a decent price.

Just a slight update, I e-mailed them again three days ago thinking it was just a case of Holiday craziness; I've still heard nothing back. I figured I'd try one more time because I haven't had the time to call them or when I do I completely forget. Very annoying.

KW and NGK are two of my favorites (Annie at NGK is a JEWEL!!).

I've recently added CutleryShoppe to my list of favorites. Good prices and email updates on every stage of the order. Also very fast. Placed my first order late one afternoon and it was shipped within 2 hours. Second order was almost as fast.

Very odd. Have you checked to see if you're using the correct email addy? They usually respond much quicker than that. Instead of the Help@KW address, maybe try Roger@knifeworks.com, he's the owner and super nice guy. Might want to mention you had a problem contacting in case they have an email issue.
