Recently I completed my first order with www.knifeworks.com
I originally ordered a Spyderco Kiwi, but they either sold the last of them or I misread their webpage because I got a call informing me the item I ordered was no longer in stock. They said I could pick another item or get my money back. I went with a Spyderco Micro Dyad.
There was a price difference of 10$ or so when the shipping and tax was totaled. I had no credit card to pay with over the phone, so instead of waiting for me to send in another money order they just sent me the knife and told me not to worry about the price difference.
They've earned my return business, that's for sure.
