Knifeworks - how fast is their shipping?

Hi, I've made an order a week ago from Knifeworks http://www.knifeworks.com Total value almost $300. The order status is still "In Progress" It was an international order if that matters. None of my items were out of stock or required backorder.

For those that have ordered from them before, I was wondering how long they usually take to ship out to you?

I received a lot of knives from Roger without any delay. I`m sure all will be right, give him a couple of days more, or just make a call and ask about your order.
 
In my experience, they have been VERY prompt. And, good communication and prices.

In my experience, they have been on the slow side.

And one time I ordered a couple of knives from them, the order said "in progress" for a few days, and I phoned.
Roger told me he'd ordered the knives; they weren't a "stock item" for him. (Though it said nothing about that on the site.)

I asked him to please cancel the order and refund my credit card, which he did promptly.
 
Hi there,

I was one of their international order customers too. They were a bit slow, but excellent service anyways. The knife shipped after about 3 days. They did provide me with a shipping tracking number. Very good prices, I think.
