Knifeworks next exclusive

I've seen friend djdawg's 940-1, and it's an amazing knife. I would place the thing in my rotation. Have used S90V and it keeps an edge for a long time.

Off topic slightly but for those looking for m390 g10 minigrip, have you looked at 484? Same size although blade maybe a tad longer. Scales look better in person than in photos (the texture is less pronounced than pictures IMHO.

I would love the 520 Presidio in G10 and M390.

I've been surprised that not many people seem to talk about the Presidio. It remains my favorite standard Benchmade. Thin edge, solid feel, good steel, Axis lock, good ergos. The two things that I would like to see improved are its blade steel and the scales.

Knifeworks now has both the full sized and mini grip with the Doug Ritter blade shape in m390, I already got one on order just need to get some Wilkins scales

You can get Ritter Mini-Grip (M390) and "DeathGrip" from KW / or any craftsman (KeyMan, Igor) to make it come true.
I'm halfway there. Mini M390 arrived today and now I just have to decide on my scale material and have DOAT cut them out at his earliest convenience. YES.

So good.

A 940 Limited in M390 or whatever probably wouldn't even get a second look from me. I have a 940, and for some reason, like someone else on here recently, I'm just missing the draw of it. Doesn't impress me. Even though I'm carrying my 940 right now. A 531 would probably get a second glance, but unlikely a purchase. A Rift in M390 I'd probably sell a kidney for.
