Transaction went great.
This is my first time buying from him.
But certainly won't be my last.

wow! 6 whole days? I can't believe your bravery in waiting that long. You are a true hero.

With companies that do large ammounts of business, it takes time to get orders processed, boxed up, and shipped. Then you have the shipping companies. Basic UPS ground is a 5-7 day service alone. Before getting all bent out of shape in a public forum, why don't you try to work things out with the dealer first. Also, chill out and relax. Have a little patience.

I know how frustrating it can be to have to wait for a knife that you really want to have in your hot little hands, but I have to agree with Jeremy that 6 days is way to soon to be as angry as you appear to be. All kinds of circumstances can lead to it taking as much as two to three weeks for the delivery to get to you. If you don't receive it by the end of next week, contact Knifezilla and check on the statis of the delivery.
 
I agree with Dan, I too have only great experience with Josh. I got my knife in 4 days (to Europe) and with extra baseball cap and 3 extra sheaths.... :)

I have bought knives off bladeauction, probably 15 over the past year and a half,
and there was only once, a year ago January that shipping took a while. A little over a month. When they came, I was kinda disapointed,...
I was buying cheap Chineese knockoff switchblades, and there were some quality control issues. Josh fixed me up good.
Replaced one, and gave me credit for the other..
He's even bought a bali off me when he saw it on Ebay.
I am dealing with him now on the M4 Jaguar, and have no worries. I will definately deal with him again..:)
 
Ive orderd from Josh Burbank many times, excelent service. Only had one problem, but was fixed quickly. The fastest time i ever recieved something was 5 days the longest was 22, and i live over 2000 miles away from him.

Kiem Truong (Arokiem) you do live pretty close to Josh, he lives in Amherst you live in Boston. So i would assume that it would arrive quickly. You spent $190, so i to would be Impatiant in waiting for it to arrive. So what you get just a few items or alot? That might be why its taking so long time for him to process the order he might have to locate everything. What Payment method do you do? If you did a Cheque josh will have to clear it first.
Dont forget he runs a "One Man Shop" Both Knifezilla and PVK he has to reply to each email, process the orders, print the orders, collect the items than send him to his brother in law which helps him package the items than he has to go out and send them, then reply to you saying that he sent your items out. I wonder how he has time to get new items.
