Hey, does anybody by chance have a phone number for Knifezilla? I tried their 1-888-878-5643 number but because I'm not located within the U.S. (Can). I placed an order Feb.20 but found out a 2 weeks ago that what I ordered wasn't allocated to me at the time of my order and now they're out of stock. Now I'm trying to communicate through email with Josh as to what would make a suitable replacement and what he actually has in but he's so busy and he replies to emails are less than speedy.

I'm talkin' him down or anything, he's got an amazing business and he's a good guy. I'm just thinking it might be easier for the both of us to talk on the phone instead of playing email tag.

So if anybody knows how to get ahold of him I'd really appreciate the number.

Thanks in advance :)

You could try faxing them or just emailing them your phone number and telling them to call.

FAX: 413-473-4206

I tried checkin it out and couldnt find any phone number that was 1-888.

The one 1-888 number was off of PVK. Couldn't find any numbers on Knifezilla....

Maybe I'll try emailing him my number. I hate to keep bugging him but it's driving me nuts. I just want a replacement sent asap :(

Thanks Crosman!

Do you know the country code for the U.S.? It's been so long I don't even remember how to call a different country... :o

:o

Nevermind..... just called Telus and it's just '1', like calling regular long distance. The last time I had to make a call like that I was in Mexico calling Canada...

Thanks guys, I'll let you know what I find out :)

Well, I got a hold of Josh and BS'd with him for a while. He's got my replacement ready to be sent out first thing on Monday. Very nice guy. From the sounds of it he works his bag off and I don't blame him for not replying to emails very fast considering he gets literally thousands of emails a week!!

So thumbs up to Josh at Knifezilla/PVK/Blade Auction - sure some orders get messed up once in a while but when you're that busy, sh*t happens. I'm not gonna hold it against him. I'll do business with him again. Yeah his prices may be a little higher but he's got a great selection and his shipping is top notch ;) :)

Yeah, I kinda chuckled to myself. After about 20 minutes of BSing (20 minutes in the middle of the day to the U.S. = $$$$$), he was like - hey, where'd you get this number? I said off the forum. He just laughed and said no one was supposed to have that number, let alone any Canadians  :D It's all good, I told him I'd most likely lose it before I was able to pass it out. he said it was no problem.

He was really good to deal with and it was cool chattin' with someone who's been in the online knife selling bidness for so long.

So now I await my lovely 46 :D Thanks again

Yeah no problem man, glad I have fone loser skills eh.;)

I removed the number though. :)

Havnt spoken to JOsh in awhile I should soon, real good guy.

Could someone please email me with Knifezilla's local phone number I too am having a hard time getting in contact with them and their toll free number does not work in my area. Thank you!

Well, once again it has been over a month since Josh was supposed to send my my replacement for the one he never sent for over 2 months. I'm getting really frustrated :grumpy:

I've got over $200 floating around out there and no sign of anything. I emailed him and he said he still hadn't sent it out yet (AGAIN). I know he's busy and all but he said he would send it out immediately when I was on the phone with him 4-5 weeks ago. I don't understand how he does his shipping and why it's so hard to actually ship me my knife after I've been waiting for it since Feb.20!!!

Crosman, you got that phone number of Josh's still? I know you removed it from your post and I didn't figured I'd need it again so I tossed it (damn it). Could you email that number to me and bucketofchunks@yahoo.ca if you have it??

Thanks anybody for the help. I just want my BM 46 or 47 or whatever he can send me to hurry up and get here.

Thanks a bunch in advance :)

I'm going to throw my two cents in here and say that Josh Burbank is NOT a "good guy". He sells so many rip offs of custom and production knives... even rip offs of custom makers he sells! He has registered the domain "www.tripleaught.com" and redirects that traffic to his sight. In the past when people have written him about it, he has blown them off. He obviously skipped "business ethics 101".

Good luck getting your stuff, though.

Hmmm, February 20 until the present is quite a bit longer than immediately...

Moving to TGB&U ...

As long as I have dealt with Josh (3 orders) they have all been speedy... but others really do complain about his service... I have never received bad service, but others have...

I do not order from him anymore because of this...

Yeah, I"m not too impressed with the service/shipping procedures he uses. I mean I know he's busy but if he's that busy then maybe he should hire some help or he won't have a business for much longer. I doubt I'll be ordering from there again. Nothing personal but why would I order something from somewhere where I don't know when or if I'll actually get what I paid for..

I'm just keeping my fingers crossed hoping I actually get my knife soon....
