if he patented it.. yes... :)
if he commissioned me to make a knife exactly to his spec' ,
his and no one else's...
it would depend on the deal we made. but it has not come down to me having to pay my customers as of yet..

IF I agreed not to ever reproduce it ,and at a later date I wanted to, I would go to him and make a deal with him to do so if agreeable with him then that would be a possibility.

I ask my customer first before anything is done..and set the deal based on those talks...before
it comes down to that so I don't have those problems......
 
That's about the way this set is. I promised not to make one without asking him first. and that's okay by me.
