Here is another Yoshihisa Maitani designed camera from my camera bin. If I remember correctly, Maitani’s last design at Olympus was the XA series of cameras. Here is XA2 and the knife I got with me today is my 0393GLCF.

My 2nd work-horse is a Sony α850 used with Minolta lenses. The camera is a simplified version of the α900, released in 2008. The camera is still going strong; almost all my knife photos on BF were shot with it.

(in case you care, the Grizzly in the background was shot with an OM2 on film)

The in the photo today is a Yashica Electro 35 GS and belonged to my wife’s grandfather. The knife is a Benchmade 940 with M4.
