Barlow Bearcat Club Purple Sawcut Soup Bone. I got really lucky with this one, a fellow member traded knives with me and I got one with more marrow in it. It’s absolutely beautiful but I do wish GEC stopped using the CNC machine for their Sawcut. Looks too uniform and faux imo
