Nice job! Home-roasting can't be beat! :cool: :thumbsup: Some of that looks pretty dark, and there's clearly different roast levels going on. Is that some sort of blended coffee? If not, my recommendation would be to stir more, lol.

Some people that do coffee on a stove use a popcorn contraption called a "Stir Crazy" to keep the beans moving and prevent any scorching.

Just one coffee - stirring should be more non-stop BUT
it's crazy hot, roaster can't stay by stove longer than minute or two !
Purist may separate darker and ligter beans
but we enjoy them all together :^)))

BTW machined coffee you can buy at any store, in tonnes
