Knives and Coffee

Lavazza Super Crema.
It's been my every day brew for quite a while now, especially since I picked up an affordable replacement espresso machine after my last one crapped out.
Can't really beat the price, works out to about $10/lb.:)
Makes a nice espresso and I also use it every morning in the Aeropress.

I'm trying to use up the last of my Major Dickason's from Peet's. I've got some new beans eagerly awaiting the press.

BTW, this little knife from CH is cute but it's just not practical. While not terrible in use, one-handed opening with my long fingers is a serious challenge. Beyond the small size, there is no clip to index. It probably would have been okay with a flipper tab but with the thumb stud, it's only luck that has kept the point from catching the meat of my thenar eminence.
