Knives and Coffee

I can really only handle about one cup in the morning anymore. Any more than that it makes me feel bad

I feel bad until my second. Then I feel pretty good by the third! 😜

Of course, the size of the cup matters. I got into a whole thing with my doctor when he asked how many cups I drink per day and I answered him in ounces. Apparently, the form for calculating whatever needs it in "cups" and they no longer teach how to divide by eight in medical school... I tried to explain that mugs range in size and he wasn't having it. When I started talking about brew strength and he got downright agitated. 😮

Haha. I used to drink a ton of coffee, unhealthy amount really. I got tired of the headaches and feeling sluggish and groggy after drinking too much of it. I pretty much only drink coffee, milk, water, and juice so coffee is about the only caffeine I get. I try to keep it around one 8-10oz cup each morning with breakfast. It’s a fairly stout ratio

That sucks Dc. Since retirement I've gone up to 4 or 5 a morning. I also make sure I drink 3 bottles of water during the rest of the day. Don't drink anything else anymore.

I understand that. Depends on brand and roast for me. Really dark roast does not sit well with me at times.
Yea it’ll make me feel worse and more tired if I drink too much
