Here are a few of my recent ones from a different coffee and knives thread. :D

This is a Honduras that I roasted to City+. Lots of strawberry in this one at the lighter roast. Brewed through a Technivorm MoccaMaster with Swissgold filter. Smooooooth. :D



Knife is a RichardJ neck knife blank that I blued and dressed with Hawaiian Koa scales. :cool: And yes, the ~20 degree convex chisel-ground edge IS mirror-polished. :D

Mug is 8 oz. Bodum Borosilicate double-walled goodness.

An afternoon cappuccino. Sweet Maria's "New Classic" espresso blend that I roasted about 15 seconds into second crack. Yum!!!



My latte art didn't turn out so great on this one. :rolleyes: It IS only a 4oz cup though.

ZT 0560 with sweet Rival LSCF scale. :cool: My primary EDC for the last couple years. :thumbup:

FYI, as deemed by the ICO, Thursday, Oct. 1 is the first annual "International Coffee Day".

Original Böker Speedsafe automatic. I bought it at a Böker factory store in Berlin when I was there in April of 2002. Only €30 because the very tip was chipped. That was only ~$25 at the time. :D :cool: Bought it mostly as a novelty, but I still enjoy it. The true automatic versions like this one are rarer than I thought they'd be here in the US.

Also made a cappuccino for wifey this afternoon. Quick and dirty pic, but the poured latte art turned out decent. :p

Today's EDC items (goat, coffee, knife, yoyo and flashlight). Coffee is drum roasted Volcanic Red organic french roast brewed in a french press.
