Got a few goodies in the mail today so pulled an espresso and got to work.

Barman1 I would like ask a question I see you have a set of scales there I assume when you put them on you rivet them as opposed to glue is my assumption right the reason I ask is because I just bought a folding lock blade hunter and a set of scales and some adhesive I was going to just glue and clamp them what is your oplnion

I don't know what you have but your best bet is to start a thread in here: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php/794-Maintenance-Tinkering-amp-Embellishment so as to keep this thread on track.
There are also a bunch of craftsmen around here that will do it for you if you want a pro job.
The scales I installed are a basic screw together replacement. No real skill required unless something doesn't go together right.
 
Thank you the reason I asked at all is because I by knives but this is my first attempt at working with a knife I will do what you said thanks
