Late fall / early winter was my favorite time in Omaha.
It is 63 now with a 77 high predicted. Too warm for the end of October for me.

I had to look that up but yes. I was not aware of "Okinawa" being called the "Rock". Dad's service from probably well over 60 years ago. EDIT: Looks like around '59-'60
