I grew up in Northwest Florida and hate beach sand. Give me a sand bar on the river that forms Florida/Alabama line where I grew up and I am happy. Sand should be sand but they are different to me.
Love the snow, the more the better, but hate ice.
That was one of the things I enjoyed about Omaha. Granted Omaha was 89 and 90 so I know it is different and probably something I would not like now.
