Truth is I don’t feel bad at all. No symptons. Only tested because I got a call from a contractor I had lunch with Friday saying he had it. I will probably still work from home and the Plant. My plant is like an Isolation cell as it is!

Wonder how many times people have had it and not realized it. Either no symptoms or, just a cold symptoms. The last time I had it, it felt like my allergies were flaring and it was spring. Took 4 or 5 days before it showed positive.
Be careful my friend. Don't want to overdo it and make it worse.
Sounds like a good reason to stay home, clean guns and sharpen knives

Having been through it twice, I can tell you. Sleep is your best friend.

Also, be sure to get at least 5,000 IU of vitamin D. People debate it but it really does seem to help. You may also want to take some vitamin K2 (MK7) to balance the D.

Thank you. Yep this is my 3rd round but completely fine with no symptoms at all. If I had been told to I never would never have even thought to test…

It's lucky to be asymptomatic. Stay rested and try to stay that way!

I got really sick last winter and we though it might be a third run, but testing showed it to just be a bad case of Influenza A. It was honestly worse than either time I had the 'vid. Still, same recommendations and treatment.

I've mainly been using Kirkland brand espresso beans and enjoy them, but I'm curious to try some local fresh beans.

I just got a shipment of assorted beans from Boca Java. Try the White Wonderland, it’s soooooooooo smooth and delicious. Bom Dia Brazil also very good.
