Thanks everyone for the suggestions in keeping my beans fresh. The vacuum seal freeze idea sounds great. ATM I cut a small hole in the bag and just seal up as tight as possible and I’m keeping the beans in there and we’re running through it pretty quick so I’ll keep it like this and see how fresh it stays.

Not drinking my regular hot coffee in the mornings some days in an attempt to run through it faster lol

I can only drink two of these iced espressos before my eye and arms start twitching from too much caffeine intake.
