Well I got a Nespresso Victorinox for Christmas. I was already planning on buying a new coffee machine, received some money off relatives so we decided to go boxing day sales, picked up a nice Delonghi Nespresso

.
Pet hate though, when retail staff don't know their products. Big electronics store boxing day = busy, fair enough. Waited a bit found an employee, he was honest enough to admit that he didn't know a lot about them and would find someone, appreciated. Well we waited some more, Young lady came over I I asked some some questions, the response was "they're pod machines pretty much all the same". Not in price I'm thinking. Anyway I decided on the 1 I wanted and asked best price. The lady took out her in-store electronic reader to scan, didn't work as apparently labels were wrong. Her response to this was to get her own phone and start searching for the store site

Well by this time I had enough, with all the previous waiting I'd already had the product details up on their website, so I just held out my phone, showed what it was called and what came with it.
Maybe I should have asked for the commission

Anyway the coffee is good.
