I had a toor merchant a few years ago. I hope I hooe you like this, I didn't enjoy mine. Very rough finished design and execution at the time. They may have improved since then.

Nice machine and good to see another person weighing their shot I weigh every shot (21g in - 42g out, ~27 seconds), a bit more work, but consistency and delicious-ness.

It certainly helps with consistency and dialing in a good shot. This morning's shot was 18 in and 54 out in 35 seconds. It is a pretty light roast for espresso. Will grind a little finer tomorrow and try to push it a little longer.
