Thank you for your attention to Mathieu Callejon's creations.

It's a "piemontais", the blade is XC75 and the handle is copper. Its name is pélican (Mathieu created it after seeing a pelican flying near his house).

The grip is very good and comfortable. The blade is less usable for all occasions, but it's a fine knife for classic eating.

Less practical for peeling fruit.

This is my favorite knife of the year, its shape and the nuances of color according to light and use make it feel like a new knife every day.
