My new favorite supermarket coffee is Cafe Bustelo (medium roast). Less bitter than the original, but bold like Starbucks Pike.

Agree on the Cafe. It is good coffee. If I make the Pikes, I like it. I will not buy from Starbucks though. Every cup I have bought was painfully bitter. There is a fine line between strong good coffee and bitter mud.

It’s not good! Most people can’t tell how “burnt “ it is because of all the sweetener they use.

I admit I put a big shot of milk in my pint of coffee. But it’s Starbucks so …I did switch from half and half to whole milk though. I never drank coffee until later in life. I’m making up for that now. I am surprised it’s legal.

Add the fact most Starbucks employees are not old enough to appreciate good coffee. Most of the "coffee" they drink has little coffee in it.
